Springpad shutting down..sniff sniff

Just got a notification from springpad saying they will be shutting down on the 25 June. Very sorry to see this as i used this service for a long time from stocking my recipes or web clipping or saving home improvement ideas etc.


















They will although transfer all my saved data to evernote. I'm wondering if Evernote acquired Springpad?
